
Jessica Bartell, Esq.
Jessica is a Partner at The Daniels Law Group. Prior to joining The Daniels Law Group, Jessica spent almost 8 years defending major insurance carriers in personal injury lawsuits in both State and Federal court. She has tried several cases to verdict throughout the State of Florida. She now uses her extensive experience and knowledge as a former defense attorney and trial attorney to aggressively represent injured parties and homeowners in their claims against insurance companies.
Jessica was born in Germany, raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and speaks fluent German. She earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2008 with a minor in Criminal Justice.
Jessica graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2014. During her time in law school, Jessica was a member of several honor societies, including the Nova Trial Association where she served as President her last year. She was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and competed in several mock trial and moot court competitions across the nation. During the summer of 2012, Jessica studied abroad in Nice, France at La Faculté de Droit des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion taking classes on International Women’s Rights and Mediation and Arbitration. Upon graduation, Jessica was also inducted into the National Order of Barristers and awarded a scholarship. Following her graduation, she spent 7 years coaching mock trial teams at Nova and teaching students evidence and fundamental trial skills.
